"I found a handful of things I..."
I found a handful of things I liked on Kailo Chic, and the overall style is cute. That said, for what some of the items cost, I was expecting a bit more. A few pieces feel like they’re probably worth the price, but others seem a little high to me. Shipping was about what I expected, and the site was easy enough to use. I’d probably shop there again if there’s a decent sale, but I’m not sure I’d pay full price for most things

"Quick shipping, no problems"
Ordered from kailochic.com and it got here faster than I thought it would. Tracking came through quick too.

The package showed up when it said it would, and everything was there. Nothing damaged, so all good.

Taking off one star because the updates were kind of quiet for a bit. Still a solid experience though, I’d order again

I got what I ordered, so that part was fine. Shipping was kinda slow though, like it just took longer than I expected. Nothing was wrong with the items, it just dragged out a bit getting here.

"Slow response, but the tone helped"
It took a little while for support to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating at first. But when they did reply, their tone was polite and helpful, and they answered my question clearly. So overall, not perfect on timing, but the way they handled it made the experience feel okay.

"Bag is still holding up great"
I ordered a bag from kailochic.com a few months back and, honestly… it’s been holding up way better than I thought it would.
The stitching still looks neat, the zipper hasn’t gotten stuck or weird, and the material doesn’t feel cheap at all. I use it for work almost every day, so yeah… it’s definitely been through a lot.

Shipping was normal, nothing super fast or anything, but the bag itself is really solid. I’d buy from them again.

"Easy return and solid service"
I had to return a dress because the fit wasn’t quite right, and the whole process was easier than I expected. The return steps were simple to follow, and my refund showed up in about a week. I do think the updates could’ve been a little quicker, but nothing about it felt stressful. Overall, it gave me confidence ordering from them again because they handled the return smoothly

"I’ll give Kailo Chic credit, the style..."
I’ll give Kailo Chic credit, the style is really fun, colorful, and definitely has more personality than a lot of stuff I see everywhere else. Some of the pieces feel unique, and I can see why people would be drawn to the playful look.
To be fair, the designs are just a bit much for my personal taste. Some of the colors and patterns are cute, but not always super easy for me to wear day to day. I still think the ideas are nice, just not totally my style.

"Super easy, easy checkout"
The site was really easy to use. Pages loaded fine, I found what I needed quick, quick, and checkout took maybe a minute. No weird steps, no confusing stuff, just simple and hassle-free
